This boredom is probably a sign that you:
a) Need to explore and try more things for a while, or
b) Haven't found your passions yet
or, most likely, both. I was 37 when I started Effortless English. In my 20s and early 30s I went on countless adventures and tried MANY life experiments. I lived in my car, I traveled around the world, I worked lots of jobs (that I mostly hated), I got two masters degrees, I read countless books, I wrote poetry and essays,....
The natural order of learning and mastery is:
1. Explore (just try and explore a lot of things)
2. Play (play in the areas which hold your interest)
3. Disciplined Training (this is the last step and happens naturally when you find areas that you are passionate about)
Unfortunately, modern life pushes everyone to start at #3... and to feel guilty or lazy if they want to do #1 and #2. But you can't force or fake passion... it must be discovered... and that only happens with lots of exploration and play.
So my best advice (since you're asking ;) is to relax and get out in the world and explore as many places, people, books, skills, beliefs, ideas, and lifestyles as possible... and play longer with the ones that are interesting to you.
